The customer wanted to improve the interaction with their clients by building a secure tailored-made platform. The system should ensure creating and managing point-to-point connections between their clients.
Challenge
The main task was to develop a hardware-integrated solution, which can help the customer automate the connection of new clients, track all information about telecom connections in every city, and choose the most suitable network device to connect their new client. The information about a load of network lines has to be updated in real-time.

- Our team has realized this task with SNMP to connect the DMX and deliver the customer the network management system with detailed analytics.
Solution Description
Turbomates Soft has built a hardware-integrated solution for the telecom provider iMarket Communications from scratch. The platform is a network management system for operating point-to-point connections between customers’ clients who are legal entities. Our team has designed the user interface and developed backend and frontend web services.
Also, our team has provided a client portal that aims for rapid support to clients’ telecom requirements.
