Analyze iGaming processes with the advanced CRM system

Turbomates Soft has upgraded the gambling platform BetForge to make more powerful analytics tools for online operators. New features allow to get more detailed information about gaming events and processes, segment players, increase user engagement with a bonus system.

BetForge is a SaaS that enables operators to start from scratch and customize gambling products such as a Turnkey Online Casino, Betting Exchange, and Sportsbook. It’s a new gambling product developed in 2021 by Turbomates Soft, which has been working with gambling software since 2009.

BetForge Analytics displays real-time information about transactions, bets, and games that are currently being played by users. The system provides monthly reports сonsisted of data about bet sizes, winnings, jackpots, GGR, and others to keep track of gambling business development.

Furthermore, the BetForge CRM system stores contact information about customers, keeps tracking new leads, and shows the frequency of website visits, the duration of playing, the favorite games of the users, and other details about the iGaming processes.

The updates do not affect the previous terms of installation and customization of Turnkey Online Casino, Betting Exchange, or Sportsbook. It will take about four weeks to launch any gambling products.
